All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please expect a waiting time of 15 to 25 working days for processing.
We deliver all orders via An Post across Ireland, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. Every client receives a tracking number for their shipment, allowing you to easily monitor your order's progress
For international shipping, the time and cost of transport will be calculated individually based on your location.

RETURNS/COMPLAINTS
In order to make a complaint or request product return, please email cushywall@gmail.com. And include the following information:
- Order Number
- Name & Address
- Phone Number
- Name of product
- Description of Complaint/ Reason for return

1. For non-custom items (all products available in online store), you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The following conditions apply: - Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging: - The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
2. All custom-made orders are uniquely tailored to your specifications are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. This includes all upholstered wall panels, headboards, bench seats and back panels that have been customized in size, fabric, or design.
3. Damaged: If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Process for returns: To initiate a return for eligible non-custom items, please email us at cushywall@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide you with further instructions.
5. Refunds: Refunds for non-custom item will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method.
